Not A Morning Person

I think if there was a low part to my day in general it would be waking up.  It is the worse time for my moods.  Often times very negative in what I feel.

I am alright in bed, but as soon as I get out of bed and start walking that is when the mood starts going downhill.  Takes a lot to get motivated to do anything, because I think what is the point with all that negativity.

The mood will only improve once I start doing something.  The problem is getting myself to do something.  I find the best thing to do is to start walking.

Something about physical exercise helps with the mood.  When I get back to the home then I am better frame of mind to do what needs to be done.

I don’t know what it is about mornings that it tends to be the worse time for my moods.  Not all mornings are like that.  Some mornings my mood is good.  But if I am going to have a bad time for my moods it will be when I get out of bed.
